along with our trusted partners in Union Hall, County Cork, we have been given the exciting opportunity to curate a special selection of our favourite wild and sustainable seafood for you to cook at home. this is restaurant-grade Irish fish and shellfish that would have otherwise been exported, so we are excited to highlight the truly world-class quality of our island’s produce in a way that makes it accessible to kitchens all over the country along with our favourite condiments.
minimum order is €40 and cutoff time for orders is tuesday at midnight. this allows us to pack orders on a wednesday and thursday from fish just landed that will be sent directly from Union Hall for next day nationwide delivery.
