Sylvère Trichard took over in 2012 the 4 hectares of vines that his uncle owned in the heart of Beaujolais. The estate was already on the path to biodynamic practices. Séléné is a natural Beaujolais that is vinified in wjhole clusters using carbonic maceration. It's smashable and chillable; everything you want for a summer garden session.
