Light, juicy with strawberry and raspberry characteristics
While Kenny Likitprakong doesn’t own any vines, he sources them from 40 vineyards along the Northern Cali Coast and leases 18 acres in Sonoma and Santa Cruz. He buys organic and bio grapes and uses minimal sulphur. This Pinot Noir comes from Mission Ranch, Cedar Lane and Antle vineyard plots. Aged in old French oak barrels for 9 months. Whole berry fermentation with 40% whole cluster. No racking keeping the wine on the lees with occasional batonnage until bottling.
