Vincent Caille Domaine le Fay d'Homme Muscadet
Now in it's fifth generation, Fay d'Homme is headed up by Vincent Caille who took over the winery in 1986. Vincent farms 25 hectares biodynamically near Nantes and is also organically certified. This Muscadet is 100% Melon de Bourgogne and is fresh, textured and full-bodied. Muscadet is the typical pairing for shellfish but works really well with our lobster mezzaluna and Jersey ricotta cavetelli.
Each pasta is enough for two to share (or very generous for one).

With 32 county nationwide shipping, the ingredients of each allta BOX are delivered chilled to your door to be refrigerated and best consumed before Monday.
Our drivers deliver northside of Dublin, Meath and Louth between midday and 7pm on Thursdays with southside of Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare delivered between 9am and 7pm on Friday. We aim to deliver the rest of Ireland on Friday though this may be Saturday morning at the latest during these times.
