Straw, pear, citrus with a hint of oak
A serious wine Established in 1865, Maison Camille Giroud is known to be one of the best small négociants in Burgundy. Traditionally, the wine were kept until they were ready to drink, even if this meant 30 to 40 years ageing. Now taking a more modern approach to winemaking, Carel Voorhuis doesn't mess with the wine. They are organically certified and have vineyard holdings in Beaune. The Bourgogne Blanc is made using mostly young vines from Puligny Montrachet.
