Citrus, light, semi-sweet and low in alcohol
Romano Dogliotti is a bit of hero in Asti. He owns 25ha and buys some grapes from relitives. The winery began making wine in 1976 producing 110,000 bottles of La Caudrina each year. They are based in Castiglione Tinella in the cooler part of the Moscato region. This semi-sparkling wine is aromatic, floral, semi-sweet and low in alcohol - only 5%. Anyone up for Moscato for breakfast?
