Supple, spicy, plum and red cherry
Mark Haisma obsesses over vine quality and interventionist winemaking, his wines are not predictable. He trained with Dr. Bailey Carrodus in Yarra Valley. Carrodus is famous for pouring entire vintages down the drain if they weren’t up to his standards, something Mark has taken on board. It's a true expression of Burgundian terroir. The 2017 Bourgogne Pinot Noir is mostly Pommard and some from the bottom slopes of Gevrey-Chambertin, plus some regular regional Pinot Noir.
