Michel, Paul Ginglinger's son, took over from his father in 2000. He is a 13th generation winemaker in Eguisheim, where they have been making wine since 1636. The winery produces 80,000 bottles per year. The Côte d’Eguisheim is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, Riesling and Muscat. It is fermented in stainless steel vat with 8 months ageing.
