Riesling can give off At the centre of the hills of Rheinhessen, Winter’s winery lies surrounded by it’s own 20 hectares of vineyards. These vines have been planted by the family and are generations old, mostly planted on limestone soils. Stefan Winter is a key player in putting the area of Dittelsheim-Hessloch on the wine map. Since 2013, Stefan’s winery is recognised by the German Prädikatsweingüter (VDP). Hand harvested from 40 year old vines on limestone soil, this is Winter's most prestigious cuvée.
